Yes. Brezza Care is completely free: create a Baby Brezza account (or sign in), tap "Join for Free" and you're in. No card is required, there's nothing to renew, and you get 100 welcome points instantly. Brezza Care+ is an optional paid upgrade ($29.99 per year) that adds extended protection, free shipping and 3× points.

Brezza Care is Baby Brezza's loyalty program with two plans. Brezza Care is free and earns you 1 point per $1 on every order. Brezza Care+ is our paid annual plan ($29.99/year) with 3 points per $1, extended warranty, accident and shipping protection, free shipping and more.

Sign in or create a Baby Brezza account, then tap "Join for Free" on the membership page. You're enrolled instantly, with no extra steps, and your 100 welcome points are added right away.

Brezza Care is free. Brezza Care+ is $29.99 per year.

Choose "Upgrade to Brezza Care+" on the membership page or in your cart. The plan is added to your cart like a product; once you check out, your Care+ benefits are active. If you're not a member yet, we enroll you in free Brezza Care automatically during this step.

Yes. On the cart page, add Brezza Care+ next to your items and check out together. You need to be signed in to activate the plan.

Orders placed on babybrezza.com, through the Shop app and with Buy with Prime all earn reward points. Brezza Care members earn 1% back (1 point per $1) and Brezza Care+ members earn 3% back (3 points per $1) on every eligible order. Points are added to your account automatically once the order is placed.

Please note: orders placed through TikTok Shop are not eligible and do not earn Brezza Care or Brezza Care+ points.

Brezza Care+ members earn 3 points per $1 instead of 1, which is 3% back on every order. For example, a $200 order earns 600 points (worth $6) with Care+, compared to 200 points ($2) on the free plan.

• The 3× rate applies to every order placed while your Care+ plan is active.
• All other ways to earn (reviews, social follows, your child's birthday) stay the same.
• Points are worth the same on both plans: 100 points = $1, and you can redeem as soon as you have 100 points.
• Your points balance is kept when your plan ends; you simply go back to earning 1 point per $1.

Points from orders are added to your account within 24 hours of the order being placed. Other activities are credited right away.

100 points = $1. You can convert points in steps from 100 up to 5,000 points on the membership page, in your account or in the rewards widget. You'll receive a discount code to use at checkout.

A discount code is valid for 30 days after you redeem it, so redeem when you're ready to shop. Your points balance does not expire.

Free shipping with no minimum applies to orders shipped to any US state except Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are charged our standard shipping rates.

Register your Baby Brezza product at babybrezza.com/pages/product-registration. The extended 2-year warranty only applies to products that have been registered, so register each machine as soon as you receive it. You'll need your order number and the product's serial number.

It's an annual plan: benefits run for 12 months from your purchase date.

Your plan does not renew automatically. We'll remind you before it ends, and you can renew for another year from the membership page or your account.

Brezza Care+ is a non-refundable annual plan. Once purchased, it can't be cancelled or returned for a refund. Your benefits stay active until the end of your plan year, and the plan won't renew unless you choose to renew it. If you have a problem with your plan, contact cs@babybrezza.com.

If you don't renew, you keep every point you've earned and stay a free Brezza Care member. You'll keep earning 1 point per $1; the 3× rate and protection benefits end with your plan.

Contact cs@babybrezza.com with your order number. Our team will confirm your Care+ status and guide you through a replacement or repair. For warranty claims, the product must already be registered at babybrezza.com/pages/product-registration.

Claim limits: accident protection and shipping protection each cover one (1) claim per membership term. Shipping protection applies to orders placed on babybrezza.com and to Buy with Prime orders, provided your Brezza Care+ membership is active on the order date. Yes. Brezza Care+ accident protection covers one (1) accident claim per membership term, for up to 12 months from the original purchase date of the product. Once a claim has been approved, additional accidents on the same or other products are not covered under the current term. Please see the Terms & Conditions for full details.

Shipping protection covers one (1) claim per membership term for an order that is lost in transit or arrives damaged. Orders placed on babybrezza.com and Buy with Prime orders are both eligible, as long as your Brezza Care+ membership is active on the date the order is placed. Lost-package claims can be filed starting 5 days after the estimated delivery date; damaged-item claims can be filed immediately upon delivery. Please see the Terms & Conditions for full details.

After you upgrade to Brezza Care+, a $10 credit is added to your account as reward points. You can apply these points on your next order, whether it's a spare part or any other Baby Brezza product.

Anyone with a Baby Brezza account who is 18 or older. One membership per person and per email address.

Points are earned on orders placed after you join. Orders placed before joining aren't eligible.

Only one discount code can be used per order, so a points code can't be stacked with another code.

If an order is refunded or returned, the points earned on it are deducted from your balance. Points already redeemed on a returned order are not restored.
