Shipping & Handling
  • All orders will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt and shipped from California. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • BabyBrezza.com ships only to mainland US addresses. Please expect your shipment within 5 to 10 business days after ordering. We regret that we cannot ship to PO Boxes, to US territories and military bases, or to international addresses. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to additional shipping charges.
Shipping Costs
  • Orders over $99 will ship for free with Standard Shipping, in the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Orders under $99 will ship for $5 with Standard Shipping, in the 48 contiguous United States.
Return Policy
  • We will accept returns on product in its original, unopened packaging, or product with a manufacturer’s defect.
  • Product in its original, unopened packaging and purchased on BabyBrezza.com will be accepted for return within 3 months of purchase. Products must be returned to us at your cost in order to process your refund.
  • Returns will not be accepted on any opened packages except in case of manufacturer’s defect, subject to the terms of Baby Brezza’s warranty.
  • To return product or report a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us at customerservice@babybrezza.com or 888-396-6552 with the reason for your return.
Limited 1-Year Warranty
  • This limited warranty is valid only on product bought through a authorized resellers and used in the United States and Canada. Buying through and unauthorized seller or using this product outside the United States or Canada automatically voids this warranty.
  • This warranty is available to consumers only. You are a consumer if you own a Baby Brezza product that was purchased at retail for personal, family or household use. Except as otherwise required by law, this warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial users or owners. We warrant that your Baby Brezza product will be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of original purchase. Customer will be required to present original proof of purchase in order to obtain warranty benefits. In the event that you do not have proof of purchase date, the purchase date for the purposes of this warranty will be the date of manufacture. If your Baby Brezza product should prove to be defective within the warranty period we will repair it, or, if we consider it necessary, replace it.
