Shipping Notice
There are unfortunately significantly delays in pickups and deliveries caused by COVID-19 which is affecting our shipping partners – UPS, FedEx & US Postal Service.
Unfortunately we can’t guarantee our normal shipping times as a result. We will do everything possible to process your order based on our normal order processing timeframes of 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, and is ready for shipping, you will get a tracking number and estimated delivery date. However, the estimated delivery date may change due to factors outside of our control that affect our shipping partners. Please check their websites for updates using your tracking number including www.UPS.com, https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input and www.fedex.com. Thank you for your understanding.
SHIPPING & RATES
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Note we’re closed on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Pre-orders will ship during the week listed on the website.
Orders are then shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS). When your product ships, you’ll receive another email with the tracking information. Ground shipping usually takes between 1 to 5 business days depending on the distance from our warehouse in Los Angeles. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
We offer FREE shipping on orders $50+ before sales tax within the Continental US excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For orders under $50 before sales tax, we apply a flat shipping rate based on your order amount before sales tax: $2.99 (for orders $10 and below), $4.99 (for orders $10.01-15) and $8.99 (for orders between $15.01 and $49.99). All subscription orders ship FREE regardless of cost.
For orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping rate of $11 is applied if the order is under 2 lbs. and $40 if the order is 2 lbs. or more.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We regret that we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time for orders placed on www.babybrezza.com since voltages and plugs are different outside the US. Please refer to the Baby Brezza International Retail Locator to contact one of our distributors who can inform you where you can purchase a Baby Brezza product in their territories. Pleaes note that the Baby Brezza warranty is automatically voided on any product bought in one country and shipped/used in another country.
ORDER STATUS
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our merchandise to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any merchandise that we offer. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per credit or debit card, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
REPORT ORDER ISSUE
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concerns, please contact Baby Brezza Customer Care at Baby Brezza Customer Care or by calling 1-888-396-6552 (M-F, 9am-5pm ET). To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
BABY BREZZA RETURN POLICY
Baby Brezza is only able to accept returns on items purchased directly from babybrezza.com, within 45 days of the receipt of your purchase with free return shipping
- If products are in their original condition (unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition), you will get full refund (minus any original shipping fee paid)
- If the box is opened, refund can only be in the form of store credit in the amount of original purchase price (minus any original shipping fee paid).
If your product is eligible, you can initiate a return directly from your order history page on your account. You can also contact our Customer Care team to receive specific information about how to return an item. All refunds will be made to the original payment method, or a check will be issued to the purchaser upon receipt of the eligible item. Please allow up to two credit card billing cycles for refund processing.

Baby Brezza Distilled Water and Baby Brezza Descaler sales are final, not eligible to be returned and not eligible for warranty protection.
