SHIPPING & RATES
We process orders within 1-4 business days. Keep in mind that we’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.
- NOTE: Pre-orders will ship during the week listed on the website.
- Orders are then shipped via Fedex Ground or United States Postal Service. When your product ships, you’ll receive another email with the tracking information.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
We offer FREE shipping on orders $80 or more.
For orders under $80, a flat shipping rate is applied.
Standard shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states.
We regret that we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time for orders placed www.babybrezza.com Please refer to our Baby Brezza International Retail Locator for a directory of stores that offer Baby Brezza products, listed by country.
Shipping merchandise internationally voids the manufacturer warranty.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

We reserve the right to terminate any order at any time without notice. Any payment made to an order being cancelled will be reimbursed using the same method used to pay for the order.
REPORT ORDER PROBLEM
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concerns, please contact a Baby Brezza Customer Representative at 1-888-396-6552 or email us at Customer Service. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

If you suspect a manufacture defect or any other warranty issue please refer to our warranty policy.

WHAT IS AN ELIGIBLE ITEM?
To be eligible for return, the item must be received by Baby Brezza in its original condition (unopened, unmarked and in saleable condition) within 6 months of the receipt of your purchase. Returns will not be accepted on any opened packages except in case of manufacturer’s defect, subject to the terms of our Baby Brezza Warranty.
HOW TO RETURN AN ELIGIBLE ITEM?
Ship your return merchandise to the address provided by Baby Brezza, using the shipper of your choice.
A Baby Brezza Customer Service Representative must first verify your return before a refund can be issued. A refund will be made to the credit card and or check will be issued for the original purchase upon receipt for the eligible item. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refund processing.
