If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product you ordered, we’ll exchange it, replace it or refund your money within 45 days of purchase with free return shipping.

  • If the product returned is in the original unopened box, you will get full refund (minus original shipping fee paid).
  • If box is opened, refund can only be in the form of store credit in the amount of original purchase price (minus original shipping fee paid).

18 Month Extended Warranty

Exclusive to products purchased at, we offer the extended warranty period of 18 months from the original date of purchase.

If a Baby Brezza product was purchased at any other retailer, the warranty period is one year from the original date of purchase.
