The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter the Giveaway via babybrezza.com, e.g., completing and submitting the Giveaway entry form at https://babybrezza.com/prowash360-giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise stated. Entries received in excess of the stated limit, incomplete entries, duplicate entries, or entries generated by automated means or with the use of automated devices or systems may be disqualified. All entries must be received by October 21st, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST to be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Baby Brezza Prowash 360 Bottle Washer, for a total of five (5) prizes. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $1,700. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses associated with the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will take place within thirty (30) days following the end of the promotion period. Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Each potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide any information or documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within fifteen (15) days of notification, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor's discretion and as permitted by law. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, attempts to participate using multiple identities or accounts, uses automated entry methods, or otherwise acts in a fraudulent, disruptive, or unfair manner.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Baby Brezza Enterprises, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries; technical failures; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or any other technical or human error that may occur in connection with the Giveaway.
To the extent permitted by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, likeness, photograph, and/or statement regarding the Giveaway for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and agree that their information may be collected, used, and processed for purposes related to administering the Giveaway and as otherwise described in Baby Brezza’s Privacy Policy.
