Yield: approximately 1-1/4 cups
½ cup cooked quinoa
½ cup (about 3 oz) fresh cod, cut into small pieces
Pinch of parsley or cardamom
2 Tbsp coconut milk or coconut water
½ cup whole milk yogurt (optional)
Place cod in machine and steam for 20 minutes.
Add quinoa, parsley or cardamom and coconut milk or coconut water and blend for 30 seconds or to desired consistency.(Optional) Stir in yogurt.
